I oversee our in-house physician and advanced practice provider recruitment team at Asante Physician Partners. My team and I recruit physicians and advanced practice providers for Asante Physician Partners, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, and Asante Ashland Community Hospital. We employ best practices and strive to provide every candidate with a 5-star experience! The most rewarding part of my role is being instrumental in bringing high quality physicians and advanced practice providers to Southern Oregon to meet the needs of our patients and their families.
I have been with Asante for over 4 years and have enjoyed every moment of my time here. Asante’s status as the premier healthcare provider in the area and its continuing growth has provided exciting opportunities to recruit top-notch physicians to Southern Oregon. I assist with physician recruitment at Asante Physician Partners and all other physician opportunities within our health system. I have been in the recruiting industry for over 25 years in the fields of Healthcare, Information Technology, and Finance. I have lived in Southern Oregon for 11 years and I love working at Asante Physician Partners! I am the point of contact for the Asante Physician Partners immigration program. I work closely with our physicians, Asante leadership, immigration attorneys, the State of Oregon and the U.S. Government facilitating documentation and ensuring compliance of immigration policies and procedures. My desire is to build relationships with each of our physicians, gaining their trust, and listening to their insight to further develop our immigration program.
