Pregnancy and childbirth is an exciting - and sometimes overwhelming - time of life. We help you understand what to expect so you can relax and feel confident during labor, delivery, and the weeks to follow. Rogue Valley Medical Center offers classes on:
- labor and childbirth preparation
- breastfeeding
- caring for an infant
- parenting
- Learning to be a Super Big Sister or Brother (for siblings).
