ATM

An automated teller machine is located on the first floor near the Imaging waiting area.

Newspapers

The following newspapers are available outside the North Lobby and the South Lobby in news vending stands: USA Today, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Oregonian, the Medford Mail Tribune, and the Wall Street Journal.

Espresso Bar

In addition to our Rambling Rogue Café, we off er a full-service Espresso Bar featuring gourmet coffees, teas, smoothies, baked goods, and specialty lunch items. The Espresso Bar is located on the ground floor of the Dubs Cancer Center. Its hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are also open in the evenings from 9 to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

Rambling Rogue Café

The Rambling Rogue Café is located on the ground floor near the North Entrance. We offer a wide variety of choices to satisfy your dining needs, including a full-service deli and a grill station. The café is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from midnight to 3 a.m.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

Vending Machines

Beverage and snack vending machines are located on the first floor in the Emergency Department waiting area, near the Family Birth Center waiting area, on the ground level by the south elevators, and in the cafeteria.

Library

The Bartels Community Health Library is located in the Smullin Center, just west of the RVMC building, across Medical Center Drive. The library is available to anyone interested in health and wellness and for those needing background information about a particular illness or procedure. Auxiliary volunteers will assist you in searching for information through library resources, which includes books, videos, articles, and the Internet. Also available are tutorials and resources so that you can learn to search the Internet yourself for answers to your health-related questions.

Gift Shop

The Tower Place, located in the North Lobby. Offers thoughtful, high-quality gift and
decor items, including fresh flowers, potted plants, chocolates and other sweet treats, magazines, sundries, and a large selection of cards for all occasions. All proceeds benefit Rogue Valley Medical Center through the RVMC Auxiliary.

RV Parking

RV parking for families and visitors is located at the northwest end of the campus, across from the parking garage. It offers six spaces at no charge, with access to water and power. Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To register or for more information,
please contact the Security Department at 541-789-7290.
Please note: sewer facilities are not available.

Visiting Hours and Vistors' Passes

General visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. or at the discretion of the patient and medical team. Please note that certain patient units may have their own visiting hours policy.

After 9 p.m. all visitors must obtain a visitor's pass at the Emergency Department Entrance information desk. The North Entrance is open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., and the South Entrance is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Emergency Department entrance is always open.
