Health System Partners with AccentCare, Inc. to Provide Home Health Care
Services
AccentCare Inc., one of the
nation’s fastest growing home healthcare companies, announced today that it has
entered into a joint venture with Asante Health System located in Medford,
Oregon. This alliance marks the Company’s entry into Oregon and expands the
Company’s scope of business to six states.
“Our goal was to work with a top
home care provider to preserve and ultimately improve home health services in
Jackson County. We believe we have achieved that goal with AccentCare,” said
Scott Kelly, Chief Business Officer, Asante Health System. “We are also very
pleased that the existing staff had the opportunity to make the transition to a
new company.”
In the joint venture, Asante will
remain a 10-percent partner in the business, but it will be operated
exclusively by AccentCare.
