Cardiovascular Lab

When your heart health is on the line, expert care is crucial - and now it's convenient, too. In June 2009, TRCH opened a state-of-the-art Cardiovascular Lab, offering progressive heart care to people in Grants Pass and surrounding communities.  Local residents now receive advanced cardiac care in their own neighborhood, including diagnostic imaging to detect blocked arteries, heart disease and other conditions.

If you suspect you're having a heart attack, call 9-1-1. Josephine County ambulance responders work closely with experts at the TRCH Emergency Department to provide rapid, life-saving care.

If you have concerns about your heart health, talk with your primary care doctor or cardiologist about our diagnostic services. 

Medical Team

Our cardiovascular care team includes board-certified cardiologists, board-certified interventional radiologists, nurses and technicians with specialized training in diagnosing and treating heart and vascular problems. We work with your primary care doctor and your cardiologist to perform these procedures close to home.

 

When surgery or other intensive follow-up care is needed, you'll have immediate access to the Heart and Vascular Center at Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford, a community of advanced heart care facilities, cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons, as well as other cardiac experts.

The TRCH Cardiovascular Lab offers a variety of procedures to diagnose and treat heart and vascular conditions. One of the lab's most valuable services is angiography, an advanced procedure used to detect blocked arteries. Angiography generates detailed images of arteries, showing plaque build-up that could signal heart disease or an impending heart attack.

 

By offering angiography and other interventional radiology exams at TRCH, residents of Grants Pass and surrounding communities are ensured fast, convenient care when it matters most.
