Emergency Care - More Information

ER Case Manager

You have a friend in the ER. The Emergency Services department case manager is a health professional who acts as your advocate with doctors, clinics and community agencies. The case manager pulls together any continuing care you need, such as follow-up appointments, home health care or medical equipment.

Treat First, Bill Later

When you're in a medical emergency, the bill should be your last worry. At Three Rivers Community Hospital, we treat you first and handle the billing issues later. You won't be bogged down with paperwork as soon as you arrive. Instead, our registration staff will discuss insurance and co-payment information when you leave. We'll bill your insurance company for you.

Parental Consent Form

If your child needs emergency care while you are away, you can complete a parental consent form, authorizing a babysitter or relative to admit your child to the Emergency Services department.

To receive a free parental consent form, call the hospital's main line at 541-472-7000 and ask to be transferred to the Emergency Services department.

Spiritual Care

A hospital chaplain is always available to offer spiritual and emotional support. The chaplain will be happy to contact your faith group or minister if you wish.
