Exclusions
Physical conditions that would exclude a person from being referred:
- Chickenpox
- Conjunctivitis
- Escherichia coli
- Giardiasis
- Head lice
- Hepatitis A
- Impetigo
- Measles
- Mumps
- Pertussis

- Rubella
- Scabies
- Shigellosis
- Streptococcal infections
- Cholera
- Diphtheria
- Meningococcal disease
- Pediculosis
- Staphylococcal skin infection
- Tuberculosis

All guests referred must be able to perform basic activities of daily living.
Parking
Only one car per family is allowed in the parking lot. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the street.
Security
For your protection, the building is locked 24 hours per day, and you must have your card key to gain entrance.
Emergencies
Any emergency or hazardous situation must be reported to a volunteer as soon as possible. In the event of a medical emergency, you are responsible to notify
Emergency Medical Services by calling 9-1-1.
Mail
Personal incoming mail will be put on your door as it arrives. Have mail addressed to:

Keys
Card keys will be issued at check-in and must be returned when checking out.
Pastoral Care
The Department of Pastoral Care is here to be a spiritual resource for patients and their families of all denominations. The hospital chaplains may be reached through the nursing staff or by calling (541) 472-7234.
Dining Services
Breakfast in the hospital cafeteria is served until 10:30 a.m. Lunch food service starts at 11 a.m.
Weekday hours:
6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Weekend hours:
7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Length of Stay
The maximum length of stay is 12 consecutive days.
