More Information
Preventing Infectious Diseases
Three Rivers Community Hospital follows recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to prevent transmission of all respiratory infections in healthcare settings. Signs are posted at the Emergency Department entrance, asking patients and those accompanying them to inform healthcare personnel of symptoms of a respiratory infection when they first register for care.
Fire Alarms
Hospitals hold fire and disaster drills often, to continuously ensure patient, visitor, and staff safety. If the alarm sounds, stay in your room. The hospital staff is well trained and will know what to do and how to
direct you during a fire or other emergency. Three Rivers Community Hospital responds seriously to all drills.
