Asante Leadership Model

Asante is defined by our Pillars of Excellence: Care of the Community, Care of the Patient, Physician Relations, Employee Engagement, and Financial Accountability.

These pillars inspire every decision we make, and they define our commitment to high-quality, compassionate care for each patient.

Honesty and transparency are vital to excellent care. Asante developed a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to monitor our progress. We share this information openly because we have high standards and even higher aspirations. We want patients, employees, physicians, and our entire community to hold us to these principles so that we continuously improve the health and well-being of the people we serve.

In addition to our internal BSC tracking, Asante participates in the Oregon Patient Safety Reporting Program, publicly sharing our scorecard information. We are proud to be recognized as a leader in improving patient safety, for exceeding Oregon Patient Safety Commission standards in 2011 and 2012 (Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center).
