Volunteer in Our Hospitals
At Asante, our volunteers tell us they get back far more than they give. Their rewards come in knowing they’ve made a difference in someone’s life.
When our volunteers deliver flowers, they deliver smiles, too. When they escort a patient to treatment, they offer encouragement to an anxious heart.
In every corner of our organization, volunteers add a personal touch to health care. Do you want to make a difference? Join us and become a valued Asante volunteer.
Asante Ashland Community Hospital
Asante Ashland Community Hospital values our volunteers. Each year individuals of varied ages, skills, and abilities donate thousands of hours, assisting our staff by providing compassionate care and promoting well-being in our patients and visitors. Our volunteers are committed to complementing hospital staff in being responsive to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we serve. We welcome all individuals 14 years of age and older to apply.
Without the important contributions of our volunteers, we could not provide the high quality of care we strive to give. To learn more about our volunteer opportunities, please contact Dawn Dille, volunteer coordinator, at Dawn.Dille@asante.org or (541) 201-4029.

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center
Be part of a team of amazing volunteers who give their time and energy to Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. Our mission is to provide excellent service for our patients and their family members, staff and the community. Volunteers truly become a part of the hospital team, working together to improve the lives of our patients.
Our volunteers serve in a wide variety of roles, including opportunities to welcome and help our patients and families, deliver flowers, assist staff in various units, take blood pressure readings, and deliver magazines.
Diversity is our strength. Volunteers offer a range of ages and talents to the hospital community, from our junior volunteer program (for young adults ages 15 to 18) to our standard volunteer program (for adults over age 18). We also provide a dog therapy program of skilled handlers whose dog is certified with a therapy dog organization. These volunteers and their dogs bring joy and comfort to patients in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Center, Pediatrics, and waiting areas.
