A breast examination is a screening method used to detect breast cancer. The method involves visual & physical examination of each breast for possible lumps, distortions or swelling.
Free Physical Breast Exam
Healthcare professionals will volunteer their time to conduct a free physical breast exam clinic for this important women’s health screening event. Community volunteers will also be present to discuss how women with no insurance can obtain mammograms at Asante Imaging at no cost.
Both imaging centers are also offering a free gift and coffee from the Human Bean. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, all women who get a mammogram at Asante Women’s Imaging in Grants Pass or Asante Imaging in Medford will receive a free gift and a coupon for a drink at the Human Bean.
