Fecal incontinence is the loss of voluntary control of bowel movements. This condition can range from being an inconvenience, such as a person loses control of gas, to a major issue, where complete control of bowel movements is lost. In this talk, Dr. Nelson covers the treatment options available and their efficacy.

Scott Nelson, DO, Colon & Rectal Surgery
Dr. Nelson earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his residency in general surgery at Marshfield Clinic/St. Joseph Hospital in Marshfield, Wisconsin, where he served as chief surgical resident. He also completed a clinical residency and research fellowship in colon and rectal surgery with Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
