Biography
Dr. Castillo received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York and his medical degree from New York University Medical Center, where he also completed his Fellowship in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Castillo served his surgical residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center's Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He is board-certified in General Surgery with a Certificate of added qualifications in Vascular Surgery.
Dr. Castillo is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, the International Society for Vascular Surgery, and American Society of Breast Surgeons. He is currently the Chairman for the Joint Cancer Committee of Medford, Oregon.
