Inpatient Rehabilitation Is Tailored To Your Specific Needs
Asante offers inpatient therapy services for hospitalized patients needing additional care before returning home following an injury, illness, or surgery at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center.
When you are admitted to our Inpatient Rehabilitation Center, you’ll work with a team of experts tending to every aspect of your care, including a physiatrist (a doctor specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation), rehabilitation nurses, physical and occupational therapists, a medical social worker, and a dietitian. They’ll develop a highly personalized therapy schedule with specific goals tailored to your needs.
A typical day in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Center begins at 7 a.m., ends at 4:30 p.m., and includes three hours of therapy. You will receive therapy from multiple specialties as well as education and training for both you and your caregiver—all in a safe, healing environment.
Most patient stay an average of 11 days, but the length of your stay depends on your specific diagnosis and needs. Your therapy team tracks your progress, meets regularly, and adjusts your treatment plan as needed. Your doctor and team work with you to decide when you are ready to go home based on your individual circumstances.
