Dr. Presti is board-certified in Neurology and Sleep Medicine. earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville. Dr. Presti also earned his PhD in neuroscience from the University of Florida. He then completed both his residency and fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Ordal is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, and Sleep Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine and received specialty training at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and the University of Washington Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Ordal joined Asante Physician Partners Pulmonary Consultants and Sleep Specialists in July 1981 and maintains a full-time clinical practice in pulmonary medicine and sleep disorders. Dr. Ordal is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Fennell is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, and Critical Care. He earned his medical degree and specialty training from the University of Colorado Health Science Center School of Medicine. Dr. Fennell joined Asante Physician Partners Pulmonary Consultants and Sleep Specialists in July 1989 and maintains a full-time clinical practice in pulmonary medicine and sleep disorders. Dr. Fennell is a member of the American College of Physicians and has a special interest in sleep disorders.
Melodee earned her master’s degree in nursing from Western University Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with additional certifications in trauma and emergency care. Melodee is committed to building trusting relationships with her patients and helping them lead a higher quality of life. Outside of the office, she enjoys horseback riding, camping, fishing, wildlife photography, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Nancy earned her master’s degree in nursing from North Park University in Chicago. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from West Negros College in the Philippines, as well as a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of the Philippines Visayas. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Nancy enjoys building positive relationships with her patients and their families and is committed to helping them achieve the best possible quality of life. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and exploring shopping and cultural districts.
Bryan Telford earned his BSN degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in June 1995. He worked initially for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and subsequently for Providence Medical Center in Medford, Oregon. He returned to school for an advanced degree in 1998 completing an MSN and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Western University of Health Sciences in 2000. He practiced in an Urgent and Primary Care facility for several years before joining Asante Physician Partners Pulmonary Consultants and Sleep Specialists in 2002 where he has maintained a full-time clinical practice in pulmonary medicine and sleep disorders.
Beth Mortonson, RPSGT, CCSH
trained in sleep medicine at the University of Massachusetts, Neurodiagnostic department in the 1990s, where she worked as Chief Technologist and became a registered Polysomnographic Technologist in 1998. She became the Clinical Manager of the MetroWest Sleep Disorders Center in Natick, Massachusetts in 1998 and managed it for over 9 years prior to starting with the Asante Sleep Center in 2007. Beth is currently enrolled in the Innovation & Leadership program at SOU.
Nic Butkov, RPSGT
is an internationally recognized educator and author. He trained in sleep medicine at the Stanford University Sleep Disorders Center in the early 1980s, where he participated in some of the early clinical trials of continuous positive airway (CPAP) therapy for obstructive sleep apnea.
Nic Butkov is Education Coordinator for the Asante Sleep Center, Director of the School of Clinical Polysomnography and longstanding faculty member of the Stanford-based School of Sleep Medicine in California. He is an independent consultant and presenter at national and regional conferences. A native Russian speaker, Nic assisted in the staff training and development of the first clinical sleep facility in Russia during the mid 1990s. During 2005–2007, Nic served on the American Academy of Sleep Medicine committee for the revision of the Rechtschaffen and Kales Sleep Scoring Manual. In 2002, Nic received the Sharon Keenan, PhD Award for excellence in education, and in 2007, the Elliot D. Weitzman, MD Service Award for contribution to the growth and development of the sleep technology profession.

Michael Schwartz, MS, RPSGT, CCSH
Insomnia Education Coordinator
earned his masters degree in Physiological Psychology from San Francisco State University and was trained as a sleep technologist at Western Medical Center in Anaheim, CA and became a registered Polysomnographic Technologist in 1990. Michael supervised the Asante Sleep Center from 1995 to 2000. In 2008 he became the Insomnia Education Coordinator and is a speaker and lecturer on the subject of insomnia in various venues within the community. He is the Co-founder of the School of Clinical Polysomnography and is an on-line instructor at the Oregon Institute of Technology's Polysomnography program.
