About Us

The Asante Foundation, with offices at both Rogue Valley Medical Center (RVMC) and Three Rivers Community Hospital (TRCH), has sought to improve healthcare in southern Oregon and northern California for more than 20 years.

The primary goal of the Foundation is to raise funds, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our rapidly growing region.

Past donations to the Foundation have enabled Asante to add TRCH in Grants Pass, to achieve the RVMC rebuild, and to complete the build-out of the new sixth floor at RVMC as an Inpatient Rehabilitation Center. Also, the Dubs and Spears Cancer Centers, the Francis Cheney Family Place in Medford and the Family House in Grants Pass (both of which offer patients and family members low-cost places to stay while receiving treatment), were made possible as the result of the support of the local community through donations.

Recently the Foundation celebrated TomoTherapy becoming a reality at RVMC, as well as minimally-invasive stereotactic breast biopsy at TRCH.  We continue striving to bring more such advanced services and programs to the residents of our local communities.
