Asante Imaging at Black Oak Medical Plaza offers walk in X-ray services with a physician order. CT, MRI, general ultrasounds and vascular ultrasounds are also available by appointment with a physician order.

This clinic is licensed as part of Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. You may receive a separate charge or billing for facility fees in addition to any professional fees for services, which may result in a higher out-of-pocket expense.
