About the Portal

The Asante System Access Portal is the one-stop destination to manage your clinic or healthcare entity’s accounts with Asante’s community technical resources. This tool will allow clinic and office managers to manage users, site accounts, and other needs for Community Connect clinics, AsanteLink sites, and users of other systems like Synapse PACS and DocHalo. Clinic and office managers with existing Asante accounts can submit these requests directly into Asante's ticketing and user management system, eliminating the need for time-consuming emails and phone calls.

How to Use the Portal

Community Connect (Epic Hyperspace)

Asante offers Community Connect, Epic’s electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system, to eligible independent physicians, clinics, and other healthcare entities. Asante's Community Connect program offers full access to the Epic system, a comprehensive EHR solution with clinical tools, billing capabilities, scheduling, and other resources to manage your practice.

AsanteLink

AsanteLink is a web-based application offered by Asante that allows providers and staff to view patient information in Asante’s instance of Epic. AsanteLink is not a full EHR solution; rather it offers read-only access to Asante patients’ medical records via a secured method.  AsanteLink does have limited lab and imaging ordering capability and secured messaging functionality to clinics and healthcare entities in the community to facilitate shared patient care.
