AsanteLink for a clinic or medical office
AsanteLink is a web-based application offered by Asante that allows providers and staff to view patient information in Asante’s instance of Epic. AsanteLink is not a full EHR solution; rather it offers read-only access to Asante patients’ medical records via a secured method. AsanteLink does have limited lab and imaging ordering capability and secured messaging functionality to clinics and healthcare entities in the community to facilitate shared patient care.

Step 1: Complete the Electronic Access Request Form and email it to ROI@asante.org.
