About this provider
Brian Morrison, MD, has extensive experience in pediatric and adult congenital heart disease and in acquired adult cardiac disease, and is an expert in transesophageal echocardiography.
Dr. Morrison obtained his internal medicine training at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, his cardiology fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital at Harvard Medical School, and his senior clinical fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital. He spent a year at the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Center at the University of California at Los Angeles, serving as an instructor and staff physician.
A teacher at heart, Dr. Morrison enjoys helping his patients have a greater understanding of heart health. When he isn’t thinking of ways to improve heart health, Dr. Morrison reads and writes about medical history, collects antiquarian books, and runs for exercise.
He can also be seen cheering his children to success in their athletic endeavors.
