Beyond Birth - Medford

Our in-person Beyond Birth class will help parents prepare for the first weeks after your baby is born. Participants will learn about mother and baby care after birth, including the basics of postpartum and newborn health, newborn behavior, early sleep patterns, and safety considerations. The goal is to help parents feel calm, confident and supported as they begin life with their baby. This is a two-part series with 2 ½ hours per class. We recommend this course be taken in the 2^nd trimester. Your support person is encouraged to attend class with you and is included in your registration.
