This class is for any patient who wants to improve their health and recovery through practical tips and recipes that promote overall wellness.

$10 suggested donation per person.

This class we are going to explore summer flavors and fresh produce that is available in the summer. This class is led by a registered dietitian and local surgeon who love teaching about healthy cooking.
