has a Ph.D. in Theory of the Family, which has led her to end-of-life issues as they are lived by all of us. She encourages and supports conversations among individuals and within families through her private practice and has been a presenter for COHO (Choosing Options, Honoring Options), and for local health organizations. She has taught an expanded version of this course at OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) since 2012 and she is a hospice volunteer.
Four interconnected sessions about how to understand and approach the end-of-life decisions that are yours to make, including Advance Directives. These sessions are about sensitively preparing yourself and your loved ones. In short, this will be a practical and thoughtful exploration of how to live your life fully — through to your last breath.
