Childbirth classes are available at the Women’s Health Center of Southern Oregon in Grants Pass. The classes are recommended for first-time parents and cover the stages of labor, exercises, creating a birth plan, breathing techniques, natural coping strategies, information about cesarean section deliveries and a tour of the Family Birth Center.
