Dr. Bengard, a Southern Oregon native, is pleased to return to the region after completing his education; Peace Corps service in Paraguay; and prior professional work in education and social services. He has two wonderful children and a fantastic wife. He’s a voracious reader who also enjoys outdoor activities and tinkering on the occasional house or car project.
