All of the staff clerical and medical @ Asante are well qualified and consistently courteous when I have encountered them in person and on the phone. but top marks go to Dr. BeatriceSong my PCP. To this day I feel extremely fortunate that when I arrived in Ashland she had just returned to the practice. My comfort level and admiration for her skill sets grows each meet.

Dr. Song and Monica make every appointment comfortable, timely, informative and productive. I feel heard and supported in the decisions of my care. Their team is helpful so getting my care is not overwhelming.

Dr. Beatrice Song is the best Primary Care Doctor I have had in my 81 years. She is patient, thorough, and takes the time to explain things I need to understand. She is an outstanding doctor and I feel very lucky to have her.

Dr. Song is consistent in recommending helpful behavioral modifications rather than immediately jumping to medications. I especially appreciate that approach.
