The Doctor her self was outstanding.

Although Dr Song is not my primary cae doctor she took care of my needs and was able to solve the medication problem for me. Dr, [ ] was not qvailable so Dr. Song took excellent care of me as if I was her patient of hers. I was very pleased with her care and concern

Dr.Song is pretty exceptional. She is thorough, spends a considerable amount of time with me when she sees me, and it seems she is well informed concerning a wide variety of health issues.

Dr Song gave me excellent advice when the [ ] she did in the office didn’t show [ ]. She told me to go straight to [ ] if the [ ] she prescribed (we thought my discomfort might be acid reflux) didn’t help. She said she was not ruling out an underlying [ ]. Two days later I went to ER to get “checked out “, I was admitted, in the next two days I had an [ ].

Both Dr. Song and her assistant were more thorough and kind, It was a most pleasant experience.

I so value the care she is giving me and the time she takes with me. I never feel like my visits are rushed. Monica too is kind and seems to be an excellent assistant for Dr. Song. Monica is excellent at responding to my messages and checking with Dr. Song quickly for any needed answers or meds that need refilling.

Doctor Song is by far the most exceptional Primary Care Physician I have ever had in my [ ]. She is a phenomenal diagnostician, an amazingly patient doctor, and has dedication that is impossible to measure. When you then add in her Medical Assistant, Monica, you are left with a formidable team fighting for your health. And the icing on the cake is Julie at the front desk. Julie makes sure that the office is always decorated to the latest upcoming holiday and she does it with a smile.

Dr Song..I finally found a doctors that takes her time, and answers all my questions..she is wonderful, I really hope she doesn’t retire anytime soon, I’m so glad I found her..

All of the staff clerical and medical @ Asante are well qualified and consistently courteous when I have encountered them in person and on the phone. but top marks go to Dr. BeatriceSong my PCP. To this day I feel extremely fortunate that when I arrived in Ashland she had just returned to the practice. My comfort level and admiration for her skill sets grows each meet.

Dr. Song and Monica make every appointment comfortable, timely, informative and productive. I feel heard and supported in the decisions of my care. Their team is helpful so getting my care is not overwhelming.

She listens with an open heart and head questions my doubts and helps problem solve with me to find the best path forward whether it is medication or recommendations future procedures.
