Dr. Ben Merbler is exceptionally conscientious and thorough. He is always TOTALLY prepared for our visits with him, totally "up" on all that's been going on, and always suggests ways to ensure we are doing our best, health-wise. During the last 6 months I've been quite impressed with Dr Merbler's Medical staff and his care. Dr Merbler listened fully to my concerns and addressed them by giving me appropriate referrals. With my most recent concerns, all of the referrals have been processed, and I have appointments starting today. The front desk staff has been courteous streamlining my messages to Alex, who efficiently redirected the referrals to different specialists as I encountereda roadblock. I am happy to report that all of medical needs are being met. I appreciate the staff, Alex, and Dr. Merbler at Asante Family Medical.

Dr. Merbler is outstanding, probably the most complete PCP I have ever had. He is totally up to date with his patients' medical history. Always at the top of his game, I trust his knowledge and recommendations at every appointment.

Alejandro) provides a calming effect upon me and provides professional services every time I see him. Julie (receptionist) has great people skills and really makes coming into the office a good experience with her smile.

As an outstanding gatekeeper, He familiarizes himself with my medical record before each appointment, listens, keeps up to date on medical advances, shares his diagnostic process, and makes the appropriate referrals to specialists when it's something that he can't take care of himself.

Ben Merbler is great, hoping he stays around for awhile.

I could ask for a better group of people to help me with my medical needs. The front receptionists are super friendly and helpful getting you checked in for your appointment. Alex is always on top of getting me ready for my visit with Dr. Merbler. He goes over all the new things I might be taking and what I would like to chat with my doctor about. As for Dr. Merbler he is fantastic. I can't say enough great things about him. He listens and always has answers when I need them. He is especially patient because I can struggle with explaining things, but he always listens.

Dr Merbler went above and beyond while providing care. We came up with a plan of treatment and when medications were going to interact or cause side effects he reached out to formulate a new plan. I felt very cared for. He is compassionate and takes the time to listen even when he has a busy schedule to keep.

Comment on this Survey: A number of its questions are irrelevant or outdated, since MyChart often communicates to us (very well) information that this survey assumes "must be" done by people in the provider's office. Dr. Merbler is EXCEPTIONALLY through in reviewing my medical history and issues, and in fact has re-checked a number of old issues that previous PCPs missed. We appreciate very much that throughness, plus as well his always clear and direct communication, as well as his obvious showing of respect for my knowledge about my own health. He's the best PCP we've had in a long time.
