Receptionist help expedite my getting connected to the right person. They also seem knowledgeable about my issues and help resolve things. I believe her name was Paige. She was the one who greeted me. Danica, as always helped get me set up for my video call, and Bobbie Smith, listened and I felt she was a huge help. She ordered an x ray just in case my issue persisted, but it did not. I love this office.

As well as Chiedozi, they did not communicate that I needed to schedule an in-person visit after getting labs and only told me to “follow up” with no indication of how I should reach out, so I messaged. Chiedozi did not even tell me to follow up.

The entire staff helped me with a medical emergency during the holidays, enabling me to enjoy a wonderful Christmas with my family. I am very grateful for their team and help during a difficult time.
