I don’t remember her name but I spoke to a receptionist that was very apologetic with the circumstances I was in. She was able to figure out how to get me a telehealth visit the same day. She was really awesome and I am very grateful she cared and took the time to see what she could do and made the appointment happen.

I saw Dr. Burket for the 1st time in [ ], at a transfer of care appointment. I had been seeing female physicians for the past 40 years. I was unsure about our ability to communicate during and after that appointment. I saw Dr. Burket again in [ ] to discuss results of my [ ]. At the 2nd appointment, I found him to be incredibly intelligent, with a sense of humor. He was willing to communicate at the level I am on, which is relatively untrained regarding physical medicine. I left the 2nd appointment feeling confident that Dr. Burket is a highly skilled physician and is willing and able to listen to, and work with, his patients.

Carl Griesser was great 12/24. Burkett was "time is money", and sending us to doctors we didn't need. Foot doctors, with no reason, eye doctors, when I already have specialist.

Yes there was. Her name is Paige. I don't know her last name. She answered the phone on numerous occasions when I called in to Dr. Burket. She was ALWAYS most kind and VERY patient with me. I have met her. I had introduced myself to her during an office visit last year. The world would be a much better place with more people like Paige.

The Phlebotomist did a great at tending to my needs and the draw was painless and quick. She had me in and out of there quickly. I am very grateful to Dr. Burket and his support team (Mariela and Ladon) for their quick replies to my MyChart questions. I am easily able to identify any possible miscommunications from the Visit Notes and this group is great about paying attention to the details of my test results and the worries/questions I send them.

He made sure the specialist's office contact me and answer the questions I had asked via MyChart that they had so far failed to answer.
