About this provider

This provider is currently accepting new patients who are enrolled in AHNPlus through their employer’s health plan.

Chuck is dedicated to caring for each patient’s individual needs. He is a certified family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience in intensive care, emergency and family medicine. He's the oldest of ten children, two of which were special needs, and has been caring for others all his life. He has a special love for helping the underserved and disabled since he has personally seen and experienced the struggles involved with navigating the healthcare system for patients and their families.

This was the ONLY time I had seen Charles Dungan. My regular doctor could not see me, so I was referred to someone who could see me right away (I thought I might have that new respiratory virus and needed to get tested, but it turned out I was positive for COVID. ) MANY OF THE QUESTIONS ABOUT "IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS...." were not applicable since I had never seen this doctor before.

I think it's really bad for patients that you make us show up for a referral. You are taking up a time slot in which an actually sick patient could be treated. Also, insurance gets charged for basically coming in for a piece of paper. This seems greedy at best and incompetent at worst. Not a fan of being treated like this. Dr was great, I hated to waste his time with a referral.

The up front office staff were friendly, great at looking up available appointment times and scheduling. Appreciate their professionalism, speed, accuracy and remembering your name the next time you arrive. Fast, friendly, and caring, the up front staff needs accolades. CNA's know their work and do it well, and most importantly, they listen. Great Patient Centered Care. Dr Dungan knows his craft. Great at diagnosing issues, and moving forward with labs and recommended ultrasound to find soft tissue issues. Great knowledge of sensitive issues, great with humor around sensitive issues and moved forward with what to do right now, and how to stretch, excercise, and take care of the body for long term better health results. Followup by Staff to cover test results was fast and efficient, which eased my mind greatly. I appreciate all of the staff you employ, and realize that you have chosen them well. Thank you.
