All people i dealt with were very courteous and professional. They all did there job well and made me feel very well cared for.

I recently had [ ] and I wish I remembered all the names! Every single person was professional, compassionate, and very helpful. I am usually a nervous patient, but everyone was so nice to work with I found myself relaxed and comfortable…. a bit of a miracle! I think [ ] was the name of the person who brought me in and helped me get prepared and into the bed, very thoughtful and kind. My RN was Kristi and as she asked questions and explained what was ahead, I felt like I had made a new friend! She had a lot of helpful information to offer and she really made me feel comfortable, I even found myself laughing and relaxing! (Not my normal!) I had an excellent nurse get my [ ] started with [ ]! The anesthesiologist, Kaianne was excellent. She explained what she was planning on doing and why. My greatest compliment is that I don’t remember much!! And Dr. WIEKING was excellent! I knew I was in good hands and confident the [ ] would go well!

They do not create any controversy, engage in esoteric communication, or use double binds to feel superior. I felt like I am liked, part of the community of human beings, and worthy of my time. I felt like my time, what I said, and need are useful in being part of being resourceful. [ ], but when doctors help to restore someone and maybe get the patient (me) ahead of the problems, [ ], and worry, I feel closer to where I was before the incident. I feel this office has done that. Wieking is absolutely wonderful. He explained all that happened to me, how it was fixed and what to expect.

Everyone in the Orthopedic surgery area was very pleasant. This was the first visit with Dr Wieking. He was very informative and explained everything very well.

Ryan, the family nurse practitioner who was on call with the emergency room family nurse practitioner on [ ] and the two of them worked out a very good plan for me. I met with him on [ ] for a work in dressing change. I will see him again on [ ]. I have a lot of respect for him. He's very personable and seems to really know what he's doing.

I really appreciated the personal connection and care for my situation. Dr. Wieking made sure to phone me regarding my situation, which was so helpful. He always made me feel comfortable and I felt he took great effort to explain all aspects of his knowledge in the caring for my needs. Very excellent care, indeed. Thank you Dr.!

I was very surprised by Dr Weking friendly demeanor. He was very pleasant and talked to me as a person rather than patient.

While in person, office staff was great, however I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in the fact that they do not return phone calls in regards to MRI results.

I appreciated Dr Weiking,his nurse and Zachary in rehabilitation. Each did an outstanding job. I will recommend them to anyone who needs the care they provide.

The doctor administered an injection of cortisone like a BOSS. Years ago I had one and it hurt more than the injury so I was extremely apprehensive. The man has the touch!

Dr. Weiking and the Asante surgery staff were excellent in helping me and explaining everything to me about my injury. I was very pleased with their services and friendliness.

Dr Weiking was among the best doctors I have seen, and I have seen many doctors as I have 14 stents alone... When Dr. Weiking told me about the medical issues I had been referred to him about the information was given in a manner that allowed me to make some very important decisions to prolong my life. I would say Dr. Weiking has not only vast technical information about the human body, but he has such a command over what he knows to be able to tell someone who is certainly not on that level of education about medicine understand, and empowers them to make decisions about their own health care needs. The scale of "how good" only goes to 10, Dr. Weiking is a 14.

Dr. Weiking is a great Ortho Surgeon with the best people skills even to an old "Rattle Snake" like my husband. We truly have great appreciation for Dr. Weiking as a surgeon and a good person! We are so happy to have him back at Asante

Dr Dan was excellent. Created a comfortable environment, educated me on what the problem was and how he would address it. Extemely pleased with my service from him and ASANTE.

Dr Wieking listens to my concerns and I trust his opinion, his treatment I may need, and in his office to give me the care I need.

I broke my leg in a vehicle accident. The ER lined me up with Dr. Weiking. One week after the wreck was my first appointment with Dr. Weiking. The receptionist at the desk was very accommodating! She did everything to make me more comfortable. Great job! Soon another lady escorted me back to an x-ray room. The staff there did a thorough job in getting a number of x-rays to my lower left leg. From there I met with Dr. Weiking. He was very knowledgeable and showed me one of the x-rays. My bones had rejoined at the break and would soon be in the process of mending together. Dr. Weiking told me to start walking on it. The next day I did (some) and continued to use it more every day. My leg is healing great! He told me, unless complications come up, that I would not be needing to see him anymore, that my leg was on the way to healing. After a few days, I no longer needed crutches to assist me walking. Dr. Weiking read the x-rays correctly and he knows his stuff!

Dr. Working’s medical assistant was really wonderful, kind and caring. And I wish I could remember her name! Not the PA, but the one who changed my dressing, etc, after my surgery.

Dr. Wieking was outstanding. My husband is going to have the same surgery with him. So glad he did my knee surgery, and he is back at Assante.

I appreciate Dr. Weiking as he is always kind but at the same time gets the facts! I also appreciate the nurses and CNAs they are always kind and considerate and willing to help when you need it. I have and would continue to recommend Three Rivers to anyone who has a health problem. They have always done a great job of taking care of what I need. Keep it up!
