The doctor seems extremely knowledgeable and informative. I left the visit with less anxiety than I had coming in.

All of the care staff were top notch. They were very conscientious, easy to talk to and quick to give aid when requested. They even had a great sense of humor and believe me I like to test that cause it helps me heal faster.

My health issues are serious/life threatening and I have found Dr Jacks and Dr [ ] to be exceptionally good at listening and understanding my concerns and they were both honest and kind to me.

The person who took my [ ] and got me ready for Dr Jacks knew something was wrong and alerted the doctor before she came in. I appreciate that she was on top of it to alert Dr Jacks so she was aware. Things were set in motion to get me to the hospital for [ ] the next day. [ ]

I had an excellent experience with Dr Jack's. I felt she was well informed about my medical situation and although we discussed a surgical procedure, she listened to my thoughts and preferences and we agreed on a different course for now. I loved that she listened and allowed me to have a say in the decision. Very impressed with her and totally confident should I need her services in the future.

Danielle Jacks is exceptionally excellent at tuning in and responding to my comments, concerns, and questions. She is humble and helpful about finding out anything outside of her area of expertise, and she takes time to inform and explain matters of the heart (her specialty) in thorough detail and to encourage questions. In our visit she generously provided me with the information and education I needed in order to reach a coherent conclusion and make an appropriate choice. She's a shining star in my roster of helpers!

Dr.Jacks presented herself as calm, confident, and competent. She presented the information to me in a clear and understandable manner and was very patient with my questions. She relieved many of my concerns and offered suggestions to help me prepare for my surgery.
