Dr Downey and all his office staff have been and are extremely thought and always address any issue we have and mostly I could almost say he cares more than speciialist do. I’m very impressed in just how much they care. After calling specialists asking for help and no one being concerned Dr Downey straightened out my husbands [ ]. I saw Dr. Downey last [ ] issues. His approach with my anxiety as it related to up [ ] was EXCEPTIONAL!! Intensely listened, repeated what he heard, explained what happened, shared his own personal experiences, then recommended a plan of action. He spent the time to address the problem, answered all questions, showed empathy (putting me at ease). MOST NOTABLY - I've seen several psychologists last 40 years, Dr. Downey is the BEST! I wished I had recorded his "recommended plan of action" for future reference.
