Dr. David Downey, is the best

The medical assistants need a kudo....I have never encountered a medical assistant who wasn't pleasant, kind and caring.

Doctor, David Downey who always goes above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best care possible. Dr. Downey gave me excellent exam and answered all my questions about my health condition. I am so grateful for his explanations, thoughtful and advice to make a great decision for my health. Thank you to Dr. Downey and all of the staff and other nurses at the Asante Medical clinic for your care and support to patients including me. [ ]

Dr. Downey is very approachable (kind and cheerful), listens well and is willing to answer questions. He follows up with a MyChart message on each test result and responds to MyChart messages quickly. He provides detailed, written instructions for the daily handling of [ ]. He "thinks outside the box", often suggesting [ ] when appropriate. I have confidence in his care and am very thankful that he is my primary care physician..

The woman at the front desk quickly address the issue of not being seen at my appointment time and accommodated me in a [ ] to continue waiting so I could nurse my [ ] (THANK YOU)! I was soon seen by dr Downey and was overly impressed with his compassion and expertise and willingness to listen to my concerns and help come up with an action plan moving forward. I was very pleased to be accepted as a new patient

Dr Downey is great-I wish he was more available I did see Marcelin [ ] and thought he was great too.

Dr. Downey is one of the most caring, compassionate physicians I know. He always takes time to listen to concerns and ask follow up questions. He also makes an effort to know me although I only see him once a year. The "My Chart" program is also VERY HELPFUL when asking a simple question or two.

His aide was very nice and welcoming in preparation for the doctors entrance. Dr Downey is the one of the best doctors I ever have experienced. He always is interested in how you are feeling and always offers help and sometimes in many different ways ie. holistic. Yes, Dr David Downey and the receptionist outside are outstanding. They finally recognize my [ ], which is a [ ] or less people in the United States have it Dr David Downey truly tries to work with me on making my life better and more comfortable with this condition as possible unlike some of this specialist that overbook and I can’t get my operations for months on end so I guess the only bad thing I would say is people over a book like they overbooked flights on an airplane and that should stop other than that. Dr David Downey and his receptionist are a nine out of 10.
