David who works in the office there is always helpful and takes care of my problems right away and gets a hold of the doctor when he can't do it for me.

I feel that Dr. Thompson has been outstanding in his ability to manage the difficult process of reducing and changing my [ ]. I was very hesitant to allow any changes to my medications. He has done a couple of things that improved my success in the process. He allowed me time to determine if I could trust him to put my well-being first. I have had many doctors that were not able to do that. Once we started the process, he was patient and willing to adapt the timeline as needed. I never felt that he was pushing me. Trust and follow-through are powerful assets to have, for both the doctor and the patient.

I feel like Mr. Thompson is doing an exceptional job considering the number of patients he is expected to cover. Mental disorders need, sometimes, almost immediate response, and he is having to cover to many patients to always respond quickly.

My provider recommended a book which was perfect for helping me better understand the cause of anxiety and depression.

Having Dr Thompson accept me as a patient and being willing to work with me under the same medication regimen that my previous prescriber struggled for years to get right was a huge relief. Dr was pleasant and patient.

Melinda always is an outstanding help to me. Dr. Jacob Thompson answered all my questions, clarifying facts regarding questions I had concerns about. He was very polite, coherent which I am not always. Dr. Thompson is a very smart, impressive Psychiatrist and I feel blessed to have him there for me. These were excellent appointments. During the span of time since Dr. Kurtz left (for about 5 months), a medical assistant named Michelle (I believe that is her name) phoned me frequently to make sure that I was ok. She knew that I was feeling uncomfortable re. a medication that Dr. Kurtz prescribed for me shortly before he left. I feel that she really cared about my well-being.
