Just odd, I checked out at the front desk and tried to make an appointment for an annual review, the front desk tried to make it six months. I said the doctor said a year. They said they would check with the doctor and get back to me. They did not. Not big deal I can follow up in six months and make the appointment for a year from now. it is just nice to do it at the desk and have it done.

I found Dr. Henderson to be very friendly and offering other help such as a mask fitting and also help with sleep by a specialist. I very much appreciated this. Also, her assistant was clear and helpful taking vitals and updating my prescriptions which I also really appreciated. The whole appointment felt good with the friendliness and human acceptance. I also appreciated Dr. Henderson asking me to come back in a few months to make sure that the mask I get from the mask fitting is working out well.

The receptionist was a little rude because my appointment was scheduled in Grants Pass and not Medford and she did not know. Made me feel like We would have to reschedule or would not be seen. Dr. Henderson was quick to recognize that what medications I've been taking had conflicts with each other and how I should take them from now on. After following her instruction my troubling symptoms have lessened or changed for the better. She gave me my lab results the very same day they came in, and went over every option available to me.
