Dr Steinsiek was knowledgeable about my health history. She read about the reasons for my visit prior to my appointment. She listened carefully and spent ample time with me during my visit. She responded quickly to me about my lab results.

Dr. Steinsiek provides excellent primary care and has for the entire 20 years I have been going to her. Both my mother and I go to her. I am not sure how she remembers so much information about her patients.

whenever Devin answers the phone he gets me directly to the person I need or makes sure they call me, always within a short time. Valerie recently called per Dr. [ ] direction to deliver test results. she was personable and reliable. Crystal was friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Steinsiek was personable and kind. Dr. [ ] made sure my [ ] were given to me by phone. I felt that was really considerate. Danica always helps me navigate who I should talk to and when. She is superior.

These providers are to restricted with not enough time. Sometimes you don’t have enough time to get all your questions answered. They have to be more flexible. Lots of times we end up with more questions than we originally had. Other than that it is a great facility and hill is absolutely amazing.
