Dr. Thai and the surgical team at Ashland Hospital were excellent about getting me prepared for my [ ], doing the [ ] and getting me ready for discharge. They made me feel comfortable and went over what would be happening during and after my [ ]. I was happy to be given the option to get my [ ] done as quickly as possible by going to the Ashland Hospital instead of just the [ ], which would have required a longer waiting period.

They are caring, considerate and understanding when explaining the treatment process; while, at the same time, they are direct and specific about the treatment and possible results. They are excellent physicians, and we are fortunate, indeed, to have both of them here in the Rogue Valley. I couldn't ask for better technical knowledge, professionalism and deep caring during this difficult time in my life. They are simply wonderful !!!

Brittany, the PA for Dr. Thai. I also want to make sure you know the reason I answered NO for some questions is NOT because I did not get the best care and follow-up. It is because Dr. Thai knows everything she needs to know about my condition and my health, which is quite good for my age, thanks to the support and help I get from all the Asante professionals I see ... and the effort my wife, Lisa, puts into making sure I do what is required for my good health. Her cooking and baking make a great difference!

I really like Dr Thai, after only one visit. She is really on top of things. The problem was - getting to see her. In this regard, the Asante system is very flawed as it took me 6 mo's of repeated phone calls to get my 1st appt.

I've only had my initial visit at this point. I found DR Tahi and her assistant very personable and inviting, knowledgeable and informative. Dr Thais matter of fact approach and the fact she sat and made eye contact and listened was an exceptional act in this day and age where many medical people seem disinterested in the patient as a fellow human being!
