Nikki [ ] provided great customer service over the course of [ ]. Her calm and friendly demeanor made getting done what was needed accomplished in a professional manner from start to finish. Paige, (I have no last name at this time) was most helpful with reserving a room for me an another at the [ ]. Dr. MacLeod showed me the [ ] and explained what was there and taking place. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond in his customer service. I have followed his advice thus resulting in a more informed decision regarding my upcoming [ ].

The other thing was his support staff of Audrey, Quetta, Bianca and any I might have forgotten. Yes, Quella [ ] was very helpful in getting a [ ] scheduled more quickly than the doctor had ordered with my [ ] history. I think the doctor should’ve ordered a stat [ ] I’m 84 years old. Thanks to Quettas Help I got my [ ] rescheduled two weeks earlier at SkyLakes Medical Center in Klamath Falls. I should not have had to ask is my feeling thank you
