Gretchen is always amazing and so attentive to me and my kids! She remembers specific things about me and my two girls and is always so kind when they disrupt or need something. She never makes me feel bad for being a mom and a patient. Bella was so sweet at the appointment I had with her, I believe she was filling in for someone else who had a schedule conflict, she was so attentive and gave me piece of mind even though it was my first time seeing her. Madison is always so great at asking me really good questions about my [ ]. She knows my history and is really supportive of my wants for my upcoming [ ]. I’m really excited to have this experience in her care.

The male receptionist heard my concerns about understanding upcoming appts & helped me work through them when the female receptionist was dismissive & somewhat rude. He stepped in with understanding and treated me with respect. All the midwives & assistants have been great!

The nurses Kay and Alecia - as well as others whose names I don't recall right now - followed up with me regarding [ ] with phone calls. I appreciate the professional support of all Dr. [ ] office team members, from the front office to exam rooms. At [ ], for the first time I received treatment from a Midwife, Madison Knox. A wonderful encounter.

I loved both the midwives I saw. Both Victoria and Madison were incredibly helpful and compassionate. They took extra care to make sure that I was comfortable with my birth and explained each procedure very well. My favorite nurse was [ ]. She ensured I felt safe and secure after [ ]. All the nurses were great at answering questions and ensuring I got started on the right track for [ ]. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew, especially with something so personal and sensitive as [ ]. My birth felt safe, calm, peaceful and empowered even though it was more difficult than I anticipated.

Madison Knox and her usual nurse have been fantastic. Her nurse always takes time to ensure my chart is up to date. Madison is a great listener and takes all my information into account when guiding me in my healthcare.

Madison, Victoria, and Gretchen are all outstanding and deserve recognition for being professional, personal, and an exemplary team of healthcare professionals. They all always go above and beyond to ensure my needs are heard and taken care of.

My visit with Madison Knox was one of my best medical experiences EVER! She was patient, thorough, thoughtful, asked questions, gave me multiple options for possible solutions and explained things in a clear, easy to understand manner. The Midwives were absolutely wonderful! I felt heard and well cared for by Victoria & Madison. They were everything I hoped for through my care with my 5th pregnancy. Madison was reassuring & there when I needed her through labor & birth. I’ve never had a more hands on when needed mid-wife. She was observant & well informed in helping me through the final stages of delivering & after. Beyond thankful for her care! Victoria was also wonderful through most all of my prenatal care & really encouraged me in getting answers with my anemia struggles. Very thankful for her care & commitment to help me figure it out/while maintaining a healthy pregnancy.

Gretchen has been beyond helpful with helping get parental/medical leave forms filled out for my husband and I. It’s made the process much easier! Madison is also always really great to meet with at my routine appts and answers all my questions super throughly.

I felt that my concerns were acknowledged and taken seriously. I have received results in a timely manner, and received bad results in a way that was respectful and caring.

Midwife, Madison Knox was outstanding to me. For the first time ever, I felt like I was heard and understood. She made me feel like she cared about my health and wanted to do something to help me immediately. She patiently listened to me with my concerns, and actually cared what I had to say.

I had [procedure] and Madison was very honest about what to expect during and after. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt like she did her best to make the procedure the least painful possible. She made me feel in control, and was so supportive.

Madison Knox listened well to all of my concerns regarding pregnancy and postpartum. She addressed each one carefully. She is a fantastic provider. I would also like to recognize great receptionists and the assistant who brings you into the office. I always feel encouraged and welcomed by both. They do their jobs very well.

Madison Knox midwife review Asante We’ve been working with Madison for the last few months and it was a seamless transition between working with Victoria and her. We knew she was new, but has never felt that way. She’s clearly educated, informed, warm, energetic and caring and educates us on complex things in the birthing process so we can make the best decisions for ourselves and our soon-to-be addition to our family! Madison has effortlessly built trust and safety with both my husband and I in the time we’ve worked with her, and we’re grateful to have her on our birthing team! Her energy is bright and thoughtful, but neutral. She’s a wonderful midwife and her, Victoria, Gretchen and the Asante Midwifery team have provided us an ideal model of healthcare we truly wish the rest of the healthcare industry could get on board with! I can’t say enough good things about Asante’s Ashland Midwifery Staff. Madison Knox joined the team only months ago to support my primary Midwife, Victoria [ ]. But she doesn’t seem “new” at all! She is warm and friendly, vibrant, real and explains everything at the detail level I need to feel good about making health decisions for me and my growing baby. The handoff process from working with Victoria to Madison was seamless and effortless. Madison is very knowledgeable and helps orient me to what’s happening now and what makes upcoming in the process. She’s also very caring and incredibly present and engaged with me and my husband. I really enjoy coming to the office for check-ins to see Madison, Gretchen and Victoria. I wish every medical experience I had was as caring, efficient, and effortlessly supportive as having been at the Asante Midwifery has been. The women on this team are amazing! I’ll honestly be sad to not visit them once baby comes.

The front desk lady, darker complexion with a slightly difficult name to remember right now, Lashima? Sorry to skew it. She’s been very helpful and kind with good info and help! Also, Victoria has been exactly what I was expecting a great midwife to be. Gretchen is also very fun (and very professional!) and I looked forward to having her assist before midwives.
