Margaret was outstanding. It was an acute visit so we did not need to discuss my visits with specialists, that I checked off on the survey as "never". Since Dr. [ ] retired I was grateful I was worked in the very day I called (it was veteran's Day and a Monday -- wow) and Margaret took exceptional care of my needs via tele-visit as I was [ ]. I am always grateful to work with receptionists in the State Street office (especially Diana) and each nurse and MA and other staff. Your office is always kind in responses and getting back with me in a timely manner unlike other offices I have contacted in looking for a new PCP. Your office staff are above board in kindness and wisdom. I will miss not working with them again when I move on to another PCP.

NP Bismarck & her staff were great. My doctor retired unexpectedly, his replacement can’t see me until [ ]. NP Bismarck fit me in due to an emergency but I’m told she will not be the replacement for my retired doctor. I am disappointed.

I am a patient of Dr Morgan. He retired while I was recouping from a [ ]. I needed to see a provider so I can move to assisted living and my new provider can’t see me till January. Dr. Bismarck had an appointment and was able to see me. I’m sad to have to leave the office I’ve been going to for nearly 20 years but I didn’t get a choice.

Nurse Lisa is always great to see. Friendly and remembers me.

Both Dr. Bismarck and her nurses have gone above and beyond in care for me. I am extremely thankful.

Every time I visit Dr. Bismarck everyone is kind and polite but I do not know their names.

Dr Castillo is my pcp and she is always very thorough and respectful and I always feel very well cared for. I've seen many FNPs and PAs in my life and I feel that Margaret Bismarck is my absolute favorite out of all of them. I could tell she really cared how I was feeling, asked all the appropriate questions pertaining to my particular problem and knew just what kind of medicine to order to help me with my problem.
