The level of engagement with Dr. Cavazos is by far the best. Her demonstration of job knowledge, excellence, respect, and service for her patience is like no other provider. Dr. Cavazos generally and I mean truly genuinely cares for her patients. Even when I feel I'm out my worst I feel better after talking with her and I feel like I have a plan of action. If only all providers could be like her, our world would be such a better place or medical community would accept the precedence for other places and I believe countries.

From the person who helped me get an appointment and the person taking my info after I got there, everyone has been caring and helpful. The doctor is just amazing. Dr. Cavazos is smart and caring, thinking outside the box to figure out my complex medical problems. She was recommended to me by a friend who has been her patient this past year, someone who was married to a doctor and who recognizes a true professional. Dr. Cavazos is a godsend. Where I live on the coast, I couldn’t see an endocrinologist in my area until July, seven months after the need was there.

The surgeon did not explain to me some of the problems I would encounter while healing and I was left with many questions and concerns. Fortunately, Dr. Cavazos had reviewed my history and gave me excellent advice on what to expect during the healing process, even though this was not her specialty. She is incredibly well-informed and knowledgeable and I am so grateful that she is one of my physicians.

The level of consideration I received when I had to cancel my appointment due to the [ ]. The scheduling specialist was extremely compassionate and considerate. The level of respect that I have received from the medical assistant Nichole when I had a medical question and complication due to the loss of my mother as well as my daughter being in an [ ] within the same month. The level of connection from Dr. Cavazos to support me in my over well health. when I shared with her, [ ]. She was extremely supportive. She's always encouraging. I feel like I have somebody who's really cheering for me to reach my goals in carving out a pathway for me to continue. She is one of the few providers that I've met in all my years of life that actually is living out her calling I believe because she really does listen to me, and she cares, and she treats me as though my thoughts, and my feelings are part of my wellness, I'm not just a lab number .
