Dr. Hinchcliff took the referral from Dr. [ ] office for [ ]. His office called with a cancellation. He did the [ ] on my [ ] instead of having to wait for [ ]. Then he did a [ ]. My time in the office was [ ]. I have had two follow-ups. The last time he checked me he told me that the [ ] really looked good, and he didn't need to see me unless I had a problem. I am really pleased with how my nose looks and is healing. I have recommended him to others.

I have had nothing but positive interaction with Asante Ear Nose and throat. Anyone I have cintact with has always been eager to help, polite and knowledgeable. If there has been anyone who has stood out it has been Stacey [ ]. Stacey has gone above and beyond as it relates to my health care. She has been so helpful and always willing too. Just an amazing person and Asante is so lucky to have her on the team.

The admitting MA at Dr Hinchcliff’s office was exceptionally attentive and courteous.

He actually looked at my [ ] and was able to locate the [ ], when the other ENT basically disregarded anything I had to say and gaslighted me and told me it wasn’t there. Well mason reviewed it and found it. Talked about all my treatment options as I had some [ ] planned in the coming months. Follow up was made and was a great experience.

Dr Hinchcliff was kind and gentle throughout the [ ]. He explained every step to me as he went along. He wasn’t rushed and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. He did a fantastic job. My friend who is a professional seamstress and does very intricate work. Said she couldn’t have done a better job and last night I met with some friends all retired RNs, as am I, who checked out my [ ], this is [ ] and they were all suitably impressed. I have had [ ] and cannot recommend this wonderful doctor highly enough. His assistant, Aubrey was extremely nice and also explained the [ ] to me and between them made me relaxed and comfortable throughout a [ ] that I was very nervous about.

Yes, initially my appointment was scheduled 5 months in the future. But I accompanied my wife to see Dr Hinchcliff as he is seeing her on another issue and Aubri (his assistant) scheduled me in within a week.

I had no issues with the tahh at all. This was my first time with Mason Hinchcliff. I was very pleased because hr explained everything ad answered any questions I had.

Can’t single any special employee actually everyone was exceptional at their job.

The receptionist lady on the second floor before going to Lilia's [ ] appointment was amazing! Our appointment had been scheduled wrong and she was able to get it fixed and updated in the system. She was super friendly! And I hope she didn't get dinged for having to change the appointment wrong since the computer wouldn't let her do it the right way! I wasn't able to get her name as her name tag was backwards but she was the best!

On the last visit Dr. prescribed [ ]. Same as before, not different, Not working!!

Dr. Hinchcliff was very responsive to my initial problem. This last visit was a follow up. He checked out my ear thoroughly, and when I brought up an additional problem with my [ ], he took time to discuss that also. He was exceedingly pleasant and professional, and I left feeling well served.

I felt that my problem was dismissed by provider as not being important even though it affects my daily living
