Everyone I encountered provided exceptional care and made a very stressful experience much easier to navigate. My surgery and follow-up appointments were arranged quickly, and Dr. Frost was kind, compassionate, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly, make me feel confident in my care, and ensure I had additional support by connecting me with Mel, the nurse coordinator. Mel was incredible in helping arrange transportation for a pre-surgery appointment, assisting with financial aid paperwork, and her thoughtful visit before surgery with recovery items that meant so much. I am deeply grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and support from the entire team.

Megan Frost is amazing! In my experience with seeing a specialist, sometimes the specialist can be overly clinical without any warmth. This was absolutely not the case with Megan Frost! Megan Frost is warm makes excellent eye contact and utterly makes me feel like I am in the most excellent hands, especially compared to the clinicians that deal with [ ]. It is well worth the extra time and effort to travel from Brookings to grants Pass just to see Megan Frost!
