Dr nyguen was professional and I really enjoyed meeting her and discussing my health issues and care. I felt she included me in the discussion and she really wanted me to feel better. Her ma was also very attentive and actually went out of her way to include information from a referral given to me by another provider that I hadn't seen.

My doctor, naijinwen, is a very bright intelligent doctor with excellent bedside manner. She is very kind and knowledgeable, however I can't say that about some of her staff. Some of her staff are awesome and some, not so good! However my doctor is awesome!

Dr. Nguyen (in my opinion) absolutely walks on water. She is outstanding in a way that is extremely rare in today’s world. She cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen and carefully document and explain everything. She never rushes anything.. She takes the time to thoroughly listen and take care of the needs of every patient. Sometimes she’s running a little late, but her patients know there’s a delay Because a prior patient needed additional time, and we’re OK with that. At times we have been that patient requiring extra time and it’s all right. I’m 83 years old and I’ve never had a doctor care that much about her patients. If ONLY ALL doctors cared that much about their patients, instead of succumbing to the draw of the Almighty Dollar —where you bring them in like cattle, In an allotted period of time, they can ask one or two questions or concerns, and they get shoved back out into the world in the interest of making room for the next patient and the next $$.

Whenever I have called, I believe her name is Sara, she had empathy for my concerns and made sure I received an appointment as soon as possible.

Dr. Minh Nguyen is great and easy to talk to, but I was not complaining about my orthopedic problems because I was focused on lab studies about [ ] and all that stuff. I realized that she might not know about [ ] because when I transferred from Grants Pass Clinic in the past when [ ] discontinue business with them, that they only gave 2 years of back records (I think) and I did not realize that I was hurting myself by not talking about the [ ] because I didn't want to be a hypochondriac type of person. But now that I am almost 75 in a few days, I guess I will be talking about all that, as I am having more problems and to my surprise, the [ ] were more revealing that I thought. I still need to talk about my thoracic spine, as that will reveal more issues. I hate to move to Medford and lose this doctor if that time comes.

Dr. Minh Gnuyen I raised 5 kids and am proactive with theirs and my own medical needs. I have a history of being active with my personal care doctor. Dr Minh Gnuyen is the finest doctor I have ever had the privilege to have care for me.
