I am so impressed with Molly Matthews. She zeroed in on a couple things that could be causing my problems. She then ordered tests to rule out or confirm what was causing the issues. Yes! The entire staff is always very helpful. Specifically though I was having trouble with [ ] that would not allow me to refill medication unless I was within 4 days of running out without permission from the doctor. The doctor and staff helped get a letter prepared for the pharmacy giving [ ] within a week of running out as this is when I fill all [ ]. This saves me an extra trip and reduces the chances of having a [ ] from running out of [ ]. I’m so grateful the doctor and staff was willing to help me with this situation.

Support staff went out of their way to help get appointments that were convenient for me and save on travel time and extra trips over the mountain.
