Specifically though I was having trouble with [ ] that would not allow me to refill medication unless I was within 4 days of running out without permission from the doctor. The doctor and staff helped get a letter prepared for the pharmacy giving [ ] within a week of running out as this is when I fill all [ ]. This saves me an extra trip and reduces the chances of having a [ ] from running out of [ ]. I’m so grateful the doctor and staff was willing to help me with this situation.

Support staff went out of their way to help get appointments that were convenient for me and save on travel time and extra trips over the mountain.

I feel the medical assistant that booked our appointment went above and beyond by not only communicating our prescription needs to the provider, but also booking a next day appointment to ensure the medical team had all the information they needed in my care. Also the treatment team CNA, medical assistant, and PA worked seamlessly in addressing our concerns during the visit and booking a 6 month follow-up. I also appreciate the nurse followed- up after the visit to communicate critical details about the treatment plan. Great job all around.
