All of the personnel that I dealt with were courteous and helpful. I was even running late for an appointment and they were kind enough to fit me in.

I have always been treated very kindly when I have been at the Asante Sleep Center. I have especially recognized the excellent help that a receptionist named Debbie has provided on so many occasions. She told me that she is going to be retiring. I can only say that for me she will truly be missed. She is an excellent representative for the Sleep Center office. She more than meets the status of an outstanding employee. Again, personally for me she will be missed.

Nancy was very helpful, made adjustments to my CPAP machine, something hadn't been working right I think it was broken but she made this adjustment and it helped me to sleep better.

I was taken back when she asked me about very intimate details from psych eval from sky lakes hospital. This was inappropriate and she shouldn’t have had access to my psych eval in the first place. This is very private information and doctors need to have discernment, respect and professionalism. My psych eval is no one’s business, especially a sleep doctor.
