Dr Regmi has been prompt to get to the bottom of my problem and I appreciate that.

Notes written by patients wife. Dr. R is very attentive and conversational during health issues discussion. He is well aware of notes in chart, current and in the past. Dr. R called me when husband was back in hospital to see what had changed. He answered a question i sent via Mychart the same day. He took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss possibilities. I felt much more at ease with the situation after our talk. My husband is home on [ ], so won't be seeing Dr. R again, but want to say his kind, relaxed manner and knowledge of the situation calmed me and I am forever grateful. Thank you.

Dr. REGMI was compassionate and reassuring regarding my condition. I only saw him once as a new patient and probably will not need to see him again. He asked questions to clarify his understanding of my history and concerns and spent time addressing my care options including medication. I was grateful for his kindness.

Dr. Neeliambuj Regmi was interested in my total health and in the area that was not his field he referred me to another Dr. I really appreciated his care. He carefully explained the value of being faithful in using my inhaler and [ ].

Dr. Regmi was absolutely outstanding. Very knowledgable, caring, listened and thoroughly helped me understand any concern that I had throughout the appointment. I'm extremely pleased to have him as my Pulmonologist.

The Medical Assistant is also the best ever!!!!!

Note: this was a pulmonary (ie specialist) checkup appointment so many questions made no sense. I would not talk to my pulmonologist about matters being handled by primary care provider or orthopedist. This doctor did exactly & precisely what he needed to for my health & I'd have thought it weird iof he asked me about [ ]!!!

Besides Dr. Regmi, the respiratory tech., Lisa, was excellent.

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. When I arrived I found my appointment with Dr. [ ] had been cancelled. I received a phone call that I could not answer. When I called the number back, the phone center did not know what it was about. It seems someone was calling to cancel that appointment. The day we arrived, the receptionist worked me with Dr. Regmi that afternoon, so we were not required to make another drive to Medford.

Dr Regmi is amazing and I’m so fortunate to have him as a doctor. He has always listened to me and has helped me with any problems I have regarding my health.

The doctor and staff were excellent. In particular my wife noted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in particular a young lady named Jenifer. All were most kind.

Always professional. Responsive to questions. Reviews hx, test results, and response to medications prescribed. Recommends test and followup when needed.

Dr. Regmi was very good. The one thing he could’ve elaborate on were some of the side effects that were normal with The new prescription. Some of the side effects kinda took me by surprise.

While I was in the hospital room [ ] the nursing staff ( Rn's and cna,'s did an outstanding job of care for myself, or anyone that I saw them interacting with during my stay. Thank you, [ ]

Dr. and all of the staff here are professional but friendly and caring.

The entire staff I dealt with were courteous. It is a well-run facility. I never had long waits.

I asked Dr. Regmi to consult with my ENT specialist (who said he would do it to get to the underlying cause of my breathing problems) and instead Dr. Regmi ordered [ ] (that according to the monograph looks like it will cause all kinds of problems including death by interacting with other medications). He also order Durable Medical Equipment (Two Oxygen Concentrators), and [ ]. I had the same procedure on [ ] and Dr. [ ] order a [ ] to analyze the [ ], but it was never done, so I asked Dr. Regmi to be sure the [ ] were analyzed. They have been and the results are coming in gradually. Finally, I have had three visits at [ ] and have seen three different doctors with a fourth appointment coming on [ ] and yet a fourth doctor. It is no way to build trust and a working relationship with a provider. I have other concerns, but am not impressed with Pulmonology at this time.

Receptionists & nurses were wonderful and attentive, as was the Doctor.

Both the patient and I appreciate his candor and empathy. Lungs are his specialty and if “I” were the patient I would choose none other than Dr. [ ]. We both truly admire and appreciate you.

Dr. Regmi was a pleasure to talk with. The pulminary function test technician was a pleasure to work with. The X-ray technicians were very patient and pleasurable.

Gals at main desk, .making us feel better,after they made a mistake , had us come in at 11:00, when appointment was at 1:00. 2 hour wait. I'm in wheel chair, and can't stand. Very uncomfortable. The gal's were great.

it was hard to be accurate in answering some of the questions when only a yes or no were the only options. I have had so many dr. appts. recently that I was not clear in my answer.

Rebecca was diligent in helping me acquire an asthma medication for approval and prompt delivery from the VA. She was extraordinarily patient, and kept me informed of complex developments for this entire process via messaging on My Chart. I was struck by her level of professionalism, sense of duty and the dedication she devotes in advocating for her Asante patients. Dr. Regmi is a top-notch physician who provides me with great confidence in the asthma treatment regime. The front office staff are always welcoming and helpful in the midst of considerable pressure. I am grateful for the Asante Pullmonary team.

It was only the 2nd time that I had been there bur this appointment was much better than the first. I don't recommend the 1st doctor I saw.
