Unfortunately, first meeting and since with Amanda(med assistant) and Nicole I was taken-a-back and ultimately disappointed by each. A bit odd the personality type/attitude/disposition would choose healthcare, interacting with others.

Yes, Nicole Parrotta NP of Neurology is excellent. She is very skilled, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate.

Nicole Parrotta and the staff at Asante Neurology in Grants Pass have been able to address my [ ] more thoroughly and more completely than any provider over the last forty years. I understand that medicines change and new treatments become available all the time, but having someone like Nicole, who looks at cause and effect and applies a treatment regimen based solely upon my own issues, is invaluable. Her team have repeatedly handled issues arising from insurance protocols, and have prevailed on my behalf. For the first time in more than forty years I am mostly [ ] and, in the rare instances that I do suffer, I have the remedies and a protocol to overcome this [ ]. I am indebted to Nicole and her team for finding and addressing a problem that has robbed me of so much for so long.

The people in the office were all very kind to me even though I was a touch late due to going to the wrong building.

This was my first time seeing my doctor and it felt like I have known her for years. She’s very knowledgeable and listened to my questions and answers with detail about what’s going on with my concerns. I think she’s the best doctor in her profession. I have recently changed my neurologist. I have seen Nicole Parrotta only two times. I was looking for a female neurologist that I felt I could connect with, and not just a number. I know how crazy the medical field is these days and to find a Dr that has time for you doesn't seem to be priority. So far I feel she meets that criteria. I'm happy she was available.

I had been having [ ] that sent me to the emergency department. Also I had a [ ]. The neurology department got me in right away Nicole Parrotta saw me and listened to me. Through our conversation we determined that I was probably having a reaction to [ ] I was taking. She gave me a schedule to wean me off of it and prescribed a [ ] to try. I feel comfortable with her attention to my complaints. I will see her again.
